The Scholastic English Learning Center maintains extensive English libraries throughout the city, with hundreds of books from the U.S. Children can borrow books to read and enjoy at home. Library cards are available for purchase at the center. They also offer ESL classes.
There are actually a few more locations. One is in Haidian on Haidian Nan Rd. #34. And the other is in Solana. Both locations have great selections of books. I take my daughter every week and she loves it!

A fantastic library! I haven't seen anything else like it in Beijing - they have all the books I used to read when I was a kid in the UK.
