went here once, by my self, a few months ago and had a very good time. I really good place to go if you like to people watch...interesting clicks in the space...it's actually kinda funny but cute. I love the music.Overall a very fun crowd and the show I say was Really good. Great job who ever throws this party

I can't believe how many people are complaining about the sofas. They are great for love-making.

Lovely place to start off the night with a drink or two. Only thing is the sofas really are weird to sit on- you have nothing to lean against and it's just a little odd... prefer Punk downstairs.

I love this place. Over priced but I dont care. I am willing to pay a bit more than usual to enjoy a nice cocktail in a lovely environment with well dressed people. Service was good, apart from them demanding payment before I received my drinks, which I refused. They got used to it after a while and were really nice and just gave me a bill at the end.

Yes, you've been here before. There's the bleak lounge music in the background, designer-yet-uncomfortable couches and stools and overpriced drinks. It's like any pretentious hotel bar in the world: boring.

Chic bar, great ambiance and intimate, great place to catch up. You could say this is Beijing's version of a "W" hotel. Unless you know what you want to drink straight away, reading the menu in the dark would be a challenge...reading glasses and blow-torch anyone? I was billed for drinks that I haven't even drink nor arrived on my table yet. Some room for improvement.

Guess I am grumpy, but I do not find comfortable to sit on large sofas without back rests.. The design is very nice otherwise. Staff needs to be more professional, but they are nice.

Fast and friendly service, cool surroundings, original cocktails and an impressive wine list make this a rather pleasant hang out.

Like the ambience-very relaxing-music not too loud thus also a good place for chatting. Nice setting with the mesh decorated ceiling and "wine holder" Friendly-charming-beautiful staff (both ladies & gentlemen). Wide range of whisky & cocoktails to choose from. Nice!

Nice place, very laid back, not crowded. Service was very quick and the cocktails were amazing, tried their Cucumber Cooler, and Apple and Ginger Martini, loved em both ! A bit pricey tho if you think about the 15% service charge.

The Opposite House's flagship nightspot is already a fixture on the cocktail scene.
