  **ITALIAN ARCHITECTURE "SPEAKS" CHINESE** 2006 October 12th. – WWW WorkWideWords Le parole del progetto (WWW) will be presented both in Shanghai and Tianjin from the 12th-13th and the 17th-20th of October, respectively. The presentation will be celebrating the books translation into Chinese by Tongji University of Shanghai, and will feature readings by authors Massimo Roj and Danilo Premoli. In Shanghai the event will take place at the Urban Planning Museum, and in Tianjin, the Rectorship Building of the Tianjin University. In WWW the authors look to underline the evolution, as well as, the expectations of architectural expression influenced by globalization, technological development, and social transformation. By way of hindsight and creativity, Massimo Roj and Danilo Premoli have redefined the industry, by introducing a number of spatial artistic innovations, all of which have been embraced by the architectural community. Having been inspired by famed Ernesto Nathan Rogers, whom mentioned, “words are also materials for construction”, the authors of WWW aimed to contribute to architecture “on behalf of all the complex knowledge of a project”, paving the way for the books publication within Italy in 2004.
