Relax with a hot oil massage and facial or, better yet, set up a slice of paradise in your domicile with their 24/7 housecall services. It's everything you need to create your own personal getaway.
Professional masseuses, clean rooms, nice smell drifting in the air, plus complimentary Chinese and Western snacks (taste is so so, but decent if you consider you're not in a snack bar) fresh fruits and tea, soft bathrobe and changes... 99 massage doesn't do things by half, excepted the prices : their package soak bath + scrub + 60 minute-oil massage is a great deal, specially with the 50% off trial offer!
The place is clean. The person there can speak english. The service efficiency of the personnel is good. The materials used though could improve a bit. Prices seem a bit high but for the service and quality okay, nothing to complain. Would go again.

Weird that others are having such a bad experience with this place. This is one of my 2 favorite places for a massage in Beijing (the other one being Bodhi). I have been a regular patron since 2006, have brought friends there and no one has complained. In general, I have found the overall quality of their masseuses to be quite good. I have my personal favorites of course, but there does seem to be quite some effort put into ensuring that everyone has a minimum standard. I usually do the oil massage and think this is superior to Bodhi's oil massage. It's a bit pricey normally, but a membership card cuts the price by half. Just have to shell out a large chunk of change initially, but more than worth it if you find you really enjoy this place. Usually quite busy on weekends, so best to call in advance, especially afternoon and evenings. Have not tried outcall personally, but if you have a favorite masseuse, you can specifically request for that person.
