Three days into a three week trip to Beijing, I came down with a toothache that was the worst I have ever had. I found IDC on the internet and came to their office on Sunday (yes they are open on Sunday). They quickly determined the problem and were able to fit me in to what appeared to be a very busy practice. The facilities and staff were outstanding. Dr. Dam was very kind and professional. IDC is on par with anything you will find in the States and price was very reasonable. I highly recommend IDC.

I went to IDC after being recommended by a couple of people. The clinic is clean, beautiful and comfortable. The dentist who was working on me was lovely, as was the nurse. Dr. Dam came in to check on things and asked for an x-ray to be done to check things, and didn't charge me for it! Clean, efficient, excellent service and completely competent staff. Loved it.

I am writing in praise of IDC and Dr. Jaclyn Dam Laute and her team. They are patient, caring, and very honest about their service. They are not salespeople. I came under a recommendation from a friend after not knowing of which dental office to go to here in the big city and I am glad that I did.

The best dental practice I have been to in Beijing since I arrived in 2002. Beautiful clinic, very competent staff and above all affordable prices. Loved the service and walked out smiling. I am joining the chorus here for IDC.

Dr.Dam is an excellent dentist. She is gentle, professional and ensures you understand what she is doing and his method for treatment. I went in for a toothache, and she was very thorough. she did two kinds of x-rays and explained everything. I highly recommend seeing her.

I just went to a dentist for the first time in Beijing. I love this place. I was worried that I would have to "make do" with a sub-par dentist but this place was great. For a basic cleaning I went with the Jr. Dentist (Chinese), who can mess that up? She did a great job. There is an English Speaker there too and the receptionists speak English. I think the English Speaking Dentist is American if that makes a difference. If you are on the fence JUST GO! it's cheap and you will feel better!!! After seeing seeing so many orthodontic recommendations and having thought about getting my teeth fixed my whole life, I am glad to have made the right decision in approaching Dr. Jaclyn Dam Laute's team at IDC Dental in Winterless Center in Dawanglu. Thank you to all those who recommended her and her clinic. Everything that was said is true, and much more! Professional team, very hygienic place, speaks fantastic English, warm and welcoming, VERY competitive prices and best of all, HONEST. It's the first time I've encountered such a service in Beijing after having lived here for 4 yrs. And that's saying a lot because I have been in the service industry most of my working life. Dr. Dam-Laute is committed to providing the best possible dental care and truly concerned about each patient's needs. She explained everything that goes into my retreat as well as all the price options available to me for my crown. She is more than willing to answer any questions you have. Dr. Dam-Laute and her staff are the best I've encountered since I've been working overseas since 1971. She's extremely competent, has a comforting manner, informs you of the problem and possible solutions and lets you make the final decision. She will not do repairs unless they are needed, her facilities are state of the art, and her prices are fair. I've used her several time now for major work and am going back again!
