Housed in one of the most stunning buildings in Beijing, this chic venue offers modern Anhui and Sichuan cuisine, organic produce, creative cocktails and a lovely view of the Gongti pond. The food is very innovative, with clear Western and Japanese influences. Standouts include the chicken wings and the shuizhuyu.

The food this time was average. The settings have always been good . About 4 years ago this was one of the best place to eat fusion food -western and chinese .They had lot of interesting dishes and good food. But recently have not seen that magic happening for the prices you pay.

Before I have gone to this restaurant few times taking my guests as this place gives deep cultural feeling. But recently the food is not upto the mark as the prices.I think the prices go up now. I change my mind now and now will get guests to other restaurants , with cultural feeling .

Gorgeous setting, with possibly the best al fresco dining in the city (in competition with SALT's terrace), overlooking the Gongti lake. The food is a wonderfully creative take on Chinese cuisine that can sometimes stray so far away that the food tastes more European or Japanese. I love the slightly "ma" chicken wings, and the shuizhuyu made with spicy broth instead of oil for a lighter dish. Don't think this place gets enough credit, and I'm very impressed with what Chef Kenny Fu's done with the food here.

I tried the gourmet month special set dinner last night and had an incredible experience! Set menu makes this place much more affordable and even includes a selection! Although portions were small, I left feeling very full and satisfied. The food quality is very high and atmostphere inside is really beautiful. The drunken chicken was really unique, the hot and sour soup was delicious and so were the shrimps! For dessert, I tried the sticky rice balls filled with chocolate which were also amazing. Overall, a great meal and I'm definitely recommending this place to my friends!

Agreed, decor is nice, but the food is just pretty standard and not really really will take you away anywhere.
